Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
This is where we will answer the most common questions we receive and (and those we think you'll raise).
Where are you based?
We're based in Arborfield, near Reading. This means if you're further afield we'd need to travel to get to you for face-to-face engagements. However, we will seek to engage virtually whenever possible - through chat and voice - depending on what's most convenient to you.
Do you have customer service?
Of sorts: At present the company is getting going and comprises of a group of sole traders: some with full time jobs; some part time; others with family commitments.
We therefore do not yet have a customer service capability; but we will always endeavour to respond in a timely manner.
